MEVZUATLARA UYUM
Tıbbi cihazlar, Avrupa yasaları tarafından belirlenen temel gereksinimlere uygun olduklarını garanti eden CE sertifikası alındıktan sonra Avrupa'da pazarlanabilir. CE sertifikası, akredite bir Bildirim Kuruluşu tarafından düzenlenir; yalnızca sınıf I tıbbi cihazlar (steril olmayan ve ölçüm fonksiyonu bulunmayanlar), düşük risk taşıdıkları için üretici tarafından doğrudan sertifikalandırılabilir.
